Regulations of the online store

1. General conditions

Orders can be placed by persons who are over 18 years of age and are not under legal guardianship.

The availability of products and services on the website at the time of ordering is not a guarantee that the selected products and services will be available at the time of ordering and / or at all times. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time.

2. Placing orders and ending the contract

Any orders for Teyla's goods can be placed in the online store

After placing the order, we will send confirmation of its receipt to your e-mail address. Then we will check whether the goods you ordered are in good condition and have no defects, only then we will send you a second e-mail which will contain information about your product and shipping related information. In the absence of the ordered goods, we will refund you the full amount in the same way as the payment was made. If for any reason we have to use a different method, we will notify you and agree on a convenient return method.


3. Delivery costs

The prices displayed in the Teyli online store include VAT but do not include delivery costs.

Delivery costs can be checked in the Shipping cost and time tab. If the Customer places a large order that needs to be sent in several packages, the Customer does not pay additional costs for the delivery of the ordered goods.


4. Delivery

The Teyli online store accepts and processes orders with shipping to the address provided by the customer. We strive to deliver orders within 1-2 business days from the moment you receive your confirmation email.

5. Cancellation of the order

You can cancel your order or cancel it within 30 days of receiving the parcel in accordance with the Act
on consumer rights of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended) "A consumer who has entered into a distance contract may, within 30 calendar days, withdraw from it without giving a reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs indicated below:"

- We do not bear the cost of a return shipment if such a shipment were necessary.

- If the order was paid earlier, you will receive a refund of the cost of the order and the cost of the cheapest delivery listed in the Teyla online store.

If the received product is defective, please inform us as soon as possible and return it. The Teyli store returns the full cost of defective products.

These provisions do not limit any rights that the Customer is entitled to by law.


6. Returns

The Teyli store guarantees a full refund of the cancellation costs, provided that all order items are returned unchanged. This means that the product may not be damaged, soiled, washed, modified or worn (except for trying on). In addition, the product should have all labels and tags.

Each order is accompanied by a form that can be used when returning an order.

To return products, we recommend adding information to the shipped product that allows you to quickly identify the buyer, such as name, address and order number, so that we can return the money as soon as possible.

7. Payments

We accept payments with a valid credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard), or with the help of "Przelewy 24" (during the ordering process you will be redirected to your bank's website, where you will have to finalize the payment process if you choose the transfer option), or using "PayU". The Teyli Store reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, whether the card status allows payment of the order and whether the address details provided at the time of purchase are correct. We may refuse to process your order based on the results of this check. It is also possible to pay cash on delivery of the goods from the courier.

8. Warranty

In the event of any defects found in the purchased product, the owner of the Teyla logo shall comply with the statutory rights of the Customer. In the case of complaints of visible material defects or the performance of delivered products, including defects arising during transport, the product should be returned as soon as possible and the Teyli store should be notified of its defects using the return form attached to the order.

Complaints are considered within 14 days.

9. Severability

If any part of these Regulations is found to be unlawful or void by any court or regulatory authority, its other provisions will continue to apply.

10. Ownership of Rights

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright symbols on, are the property of the brand owner Teyla and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of the website or its content, including copying or storing this content - in part or in whole - for purposes other than private and non-commercial, is prohibited without the prior written consent of the owner of the Teyla logo.
